Dr. Allenia Marcelle is a highly accomplished professional in the event planning and management industry. As the CEO and Chief Event Officer for A & J Luxury Event Planning, she leads a company that specializes in creating luxurious and personalized events. Additionally, she holds the title of CSFO (Chief Silk Floral Officer) at Brooklyn Silk Blooms, where she oversees the creation of exquisite floral arrangements. She also manages A & J Honeymoon Escape, providing curated experiences for newlyweds.

Allenia holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Event Management Education, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her qualifications are complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which provided a solid foundation for her successful career. She is also a Certified Wedding Planner, Certified Event Manager, NYC Wedding Officiant, and has a Food & Health Certification.

With over ten years of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Allenia has worked for various businesses, honing her expertise in the event planning industry. Her broad experience has given her the ability to connect with people and create events that reflect their unique visions and styles. Her attention to detail, ability to handle stress with grace, and creative problem-solving skills make her stand out in her field.

In her personal life, Allenia enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, cooking, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her family and is passionate about wine tasting. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting vintage brooches and continuously seeks new learning opportunities.

Julisa Nicholas, is an energetic, well-spoken, competent and capable event planner with four years of experience in the industry. Julisa is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Law and Marketing from Brooklyn College. While in college, Julisa founded The Picnicenthuasit and has acquainted herself with the event planning industry by coordinating events for nonprofit organizations, intimate gatherings, and religious soirées.

Julisa's passion for event planning started when she realized she spare-headed most events that took place while volunteering in college and growing up at home. Julisa has four years in the industry and does her best to execute the event with poise and agility. Julisa founded ThePicnicEnthusiast, a Luxury Picnic service that creates unforgettable memories for individuals indoors or outdoors they will never forget. Julisa has always had a fondness for nature and unique experiences, she is a social butterfly who loves creating luxury experiences for clients to remember.

Julisa loves outdoor adventures, volunteering, ice skating, and thrifting vintage finds. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, pets and taking day trips to soak in the different cultures NYC has to offer.

Her ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and she takes great care and patience in building individual relationships with each client. She has a keen eye for capturing smiles and ensuring satisfaction.

Tayisha is an experienced professional who knows how to make her customers feel cared for, comfortable, and confident. As an empathetic nurturer, she genuinely loves helping people and finds joy in witnessing their happiness.
