40th Birthday

White Tie Affair

Kimberly planned a 40th birthday party for her boyfriend. She decided on a black and gold theme for the decorations. The centerpiece of the party was a gold shimmer wall with a balloon garland and a number 40 marquee sign. A black throne chair was placed in front of the wall, and pedestals with black covers were used for the cake. A "Happy Birthday" LED light was also placed on the shimmer wall.

For the guests' tables, black tablecloths and white napkins were used. The napkins were folded into the shape of a tie. Silk white floral centerpieces with gold tall vases and floating candle centerpieces with three vases set with candles were also used on the tables. Gold ruffled chargers were used as well.

As an accent event decor, a welcome sign was designed that was customized as a suit. The sign was placed at the entrance of the party.
